City of Parchstone

Parchstone is a desert land, known to have cold nights and daytime highs exceeding 120 degrees fahrenheit. Previously home to the Artifact of Flames and Sands until it was stolen by Ascendants Thil and Khad. The absence of the artifact has lowered tempratures by 20 degrees fahrenheit.

The Ascendant Chasers first meets Cuetlachtli in the early hours of morning and explains their quest to help Parchstone recover its artifact. Cuetlachtli directs the weary travelers to Layla's Red Scorpion Tavern/Inn for a well-deserved rest. Jonas sneaks back into the tavern area where he meets dancers Citlali and Xochi, and once the rest of the party finishes their rest they are taken by Cuetlachtli to see king Tecuani.
